Rental terms

This is a courtesy translation. The French version is legally binding.

Furnished holiday rental of the house Toki Eder, Irouléguy (64220), France, offered by SCI OILANDOI.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received, made online by card via Stripe. A confirmation email is sent immediately. Bed linen and towels are not provided. The tourist tax is shown separately.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (full refund). Between 30 and 14 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: non-refundable. Non-refundable rate: if you cancel, only the tourist tax is refunded. If, for reasons beyond our control, the booked dates could not be honoured, the amount paid would be refunded in full.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 18:00, check-out before 09:00. Maximum capacity: 12 people.

Use of the property

Guests agree to use the property peacefully and to leave it in the condition in which they found it. Non-smoking house. Parties and events, including stag and hen parties, are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Children are welcome: baby cot and high chair free on request.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
